They work inside a professional environment, build practical capability, and form meaningful networks with founders, operators, and industry mentors who guide, challenge, and accelerate their growth.

Evaluation + Impact & Term Assessment

Success is measured by real outcomes, not box-ticking. We track student engagement, attendance, and completion, alongside the number and strength of ventures they launch. Mentor and partner feedback shapes continuous improvement, while post-program impact shows how far projects continue back in their home schools. Each semester culminates in a public Launch Showcase where students present their work, partnerships deepen, and progress is made visible.
